 All appointments must be be booked advance via our official booking system or direct Call or Email

Non Refundable Deposit is required to secure all your bookings. This amount goes towards your final balance.

 Must Notify Us 48 Hours in advance.Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the APP  will resulting loss of DEPOSIT

 You Will be charged a fee, and maybe refused future appointments

Consultations & Hair History

  All Clients must have a consultation before colour especially if it is your first time

with me also any change of colour wether you are a regular or not you also MUST book a consultation

 

Client's Responsibility

Please make sure during your consultation it is your responsibility to inform the stylist of any allergies, sensitivities, or recent chemical treatments.

 

Sass By Da Silva is NOT LIABLE for damage caused by unreported history

Hair Extensions

All Hair Extensions are performed with professional care

               Clients must  follow the Aftercare guide provided to maintain the longevity and quality of their quality  their extensionWe                    are NOT  responsible for misuse, lack of care, or third-party removal of Extensions

Payments & Refunds

• Full Payments required at the end of each service 

• We accept Cash & Card  Payments

• If you are unhappy, please notify me within 48-72 hours  so we can offer a correction
